3+ night stay: $165/night
2 night stay: $175/night
1 night stay: Not Available

Additional persons:
$20/night/person

Cancellation policy:

Deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is received less than 21 calendar days before your Check In Date, otherwise we will refund 100% of the Deposit.

The Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons (Nov 15-30) and  (Dec. 15-Jan. 5) are exceptions:  We will refund 50% of the payment if cancellation is received 45 or more days before scheduled arrival.
